      social insect which is busy and active always. I have spent lot of times in watching
      those, when I go to our farm in <a href="http://www.kollihills.com" target="_blank">Kollihills.com</a> or
      somewhere when I get time and ants!!

      Just to avoid mosquitoes and other insects, I have stapled a plastic cover(kind of
      mosquito cover/net) in all the windows. Couple of weeks back, I saw a small hole in
      one of them, which was near the edge wood of the window, so I didn't mind.
   </p>
        <p>
      Today I saw ants taking few small pieces of Noodles from my kitchen and tried to take
      it into that hole passing the hall and another room. I spent nearly an hour, and saw
      them doing their work. That room is not having enough lighting, so the photos are
      bad :-(

        <h2>Reducing the size of Virtual Hard Disk (VHD)

      Most of us are working in the vhd, and quite often the size increases like a hell.
      Reducing the vhd size was a big problem for me. 4.5GB (.vhd) file grew to 8GB in a
      month or so..<br />
      Not comfortable with DiskFragmenter and suddenly today I found another from an article <a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/guowu/archive/2005/05/17/418457.aspx">CLEAN
      MEAN the VHD</a>, which was not bad. It helped to reduce my vhd size my almost 30% 
   </p>

          <em>1) Inside the VM, run disk defragmenter</em>
        </div>
        <div align="left">
          <em>2) Inside the VM, run Virtual Disk Precompactor or other disk
      utility program to "zero out" deleted data</em>
        </div>
        <div align="left">
          <em>3) Shutdown the VM, run "Virtual Disk Wizard" from VPC console
      to compact the VHD.</em>

        <div align="left">I was told that <a href="http://www.vmware.com/products/server_virtualization.html">VMWare
      full version</a> is having the option of reducing/fine tuning the vhd. Though I have
      never tried..
